Recertification - Renewal Information

If you are currently KSN certified or if it has been 12 months or less since your certification expired, you are eligible for KSN recertification. KSN recommends, but does not require, additional training to renew your coach's certification.

Organizations listed below require annual attendance at a KSN clinic. For Example: the Spurs Youth Basketball League requires coaches to attend a KSN clinic every season.

Spurs Youth Basketball League Affiliates (SYBL - formerly called Drug-Free League)

You can recertify with KSN via the following options. Please read the above caution before recertifying.

1. Download the renewal form or use the one mailed to you. Fill it out and fax or mail it with the required payment to KSN.
2. Renew by submitting your information online.
   
3. Attend a KSN clinic to complete the renewal process.

Renewal Form (with form fields) Type or indicate your answers and print your completed form to fax or mail to KSN.  You will need Adobe Reader.

You will receive a letter and new card by mail once your eligibility is confirmed and your form is processed. (Allow 7 - 10 business days for processing and mailing.)
